Sheba Jewelry is shipping in the US and internationally using the best available shipping method. A shipping and handling charge will apply to each purchase.



Sheba Jewelry will accept the return of merchandise within 10 days of shipping date. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Sheba Jewelry will refund your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, gift packaging, or other charges. Merchandise must be in “new and unused condition” (defined below) to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Special orders are not returnable. Refunds will be in the original form of payment. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging. Otherwise, the return will not be honored.

You must obtain a Return for Inspection (RFI) number from Sheba Jewelry before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. To obtain an RFI number, contact a Customer Service Specialist at 888-SHEBA-4-U (743-2248) for calls originating in the U.S. Or call 703-379-3949 for calls originating outside the U.S.

All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "New and unused condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes and the security tags are still attached. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been worn or used.



• Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork.

• Call Sheba Jewelry customer service to obtain a Return for Inspection (RFI) number and a return shipping address.

• The RFI number must be written on the original invoice and on the return shipping label.

Sheba Jewelry is not responsible for merchandise that it does not actually receive or is not returned in accordance with these terms. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-703-379-3949 if you have any questions or concerns.

*If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 5 business days after receipt at 1-703-379-3949. On a case by case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $20.00 upon our receipt of the defective or mis-delivered merchandise.
